• You will be involved in creative/design work that enhances our corporate identity (CI), including visual production for advertisements and product packaging for merchandise such as BE@RBRICK and other character toys handled by our company, store tools for directly managed stores (e.g., shopping bags), self-organized events, and comprehensive design for sales promotion (SP) tools, sales promotional materials, catalogs, books, and calendars.

Job Description

• Producing prototypes and colored samples for figures. The main tasks include prototype production (digital sculpting using FreeForm, Z-brush, etc.) and directing external vendors. Analog processing and verification may also be performed.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of practical work experience. (Experience in action figure development is a plus)

Job Description

You will be responsible for trade administration and shipping operations support at our company, which develops the globally popular "BE@RBRICK" figures. This position supports our business from behind the scenes, ensuring smooth product delivery in cooperation with sales team members.

• Creation and checking of import/export documents
• Arranging shipments and scheduling
• Email correspondence with overseas business partners
• Coordination and collaboration with internal departments (including Sales)
• Handling irregular situations (e.g., delivery date changes, shipping problems)

• The work location will be decided based on your preferences and commuting methods.
• MEDICOM TOY PLUS involves frequent transportation of large items, all of which must be carried up and down the stairs from 1F to B2F. Many items are heavy, so there is a fair amount of physical labor involved.
